Joe’s Music Center has been a beacon for arts education and training in underprivileged communities and at risk-youth in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. The mission of Joe’s Music Center is to enhance the lives of individuals by sharing with them the universal language of music. The purpose of this program is to provide communities with a sound music and fine arts program for young and old at an affordable price.

Throughout the years JMC have trained over 1200 students and employed dozens more at its three locations. Some of their services include wind, brass, string, percussion, vocal, dance, orchestra and jazz ensemble instruction to name a few. Joe’s Music Center & Performing Arts students have performed in various venues and have taken educational trips to Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and other arts locations.
